Come table with us! Businesses, artisans, food vendors, and community organizations are invited to participate as vendors at Riverfest at Water Front Park in Lowellville Ohio on June 6th, 2026 from 11AM-4PM. Sponsorship opportunities are also available to support the event.

Vendor Details

  • Vendor applications will be reviewed in the order they are received

  • An effort will be made to avoid having multiple vendors selling the same products. Please be descriptive in your application to assist us in this effort.

  • Vendor registration is a $30 donation for for-profit businesses and creators

  • Registration fee is waived for on-profits, governmental agencies, and non-governmental agencies

  • Vendors must bring their own table, tent, chairs, and any other supplies needed

  • No electric hookups are available.

Please note that vendor registration does not guarantee participation in the event. All vendor applications will be individually reviewed and evaluated to ensure that Riverfest aligns with the mission and values of Friends of the Mahoning River. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of this event by selecting vendors that support our commitment to environmental conservation, community engagement, and education. Approved vendors will be notified upon selection.
